Thanks for the motivation coco this challenge has got my wheels turning I'm doing 2 plus miles on the elliptical machine in 28 mins + 5 min cool down and burning 400-500+ calories at first I was only getting 1.5 miles in, but thanks to you and the challenge I stepped it up and I'm also down 20 pounds. Thanks a lot for adding me and letting me know that it's possible!

Well before the challenge I would drive to my mailbox because I hated walking and I think I'm at like 38 miles thus far. I can honestly say that I feel much better and I have now incorporated some put and leg exercises into the mix! Getting Bikini ready! Now the eating part all I can say is I'm going to have to take baby steps because I love big steaks and potatoes! Lol
It got me in the gym and now I like going. Each time I go to the gym I go a little longer. Challenging myself.
I haven't ran but it did light a fire. I've worked out more than I did the month of February and will work out more in April than I did in March. Thanks for the inspiration ladies
I ran (not for the first time) but the best I ever have. I learned to pace myself and breathe while doing so. Each run I challenged myself to run longer and log quicker miles. Because of my schedule I made myself run during lunch breaks which was a challenge in and of itself (having to dress down, run and clean myself back up all within an hour). I am not sure if I have lost any weight or inches. But I feel better than ever and I now know I can do anything I put my mind too. Also my Nike apps (Training and Running) kept me accountable. I wanted my check mark baby!!
