The first thing that I want to tell you about waist training is "IT WORKS"! As a trainer I was sceptical. I will experiment but I feel like most supposed quick fix remedies are scams and gimmicks. But my guy reminded me that "Waist Training" is just like the corseting and binding of the old days; and it will give you the coke bottle shape that you desire! Immediately upon removal of my trainer I can see the difference from before application and believe it or not literally feel my ribs and iliac crest (high hip bones) shifting. Not only does my waist appear trimmer; but my posture is absolute perfection, which we know enhances that longer leaner look.
The purpose of waist training is to cinch your wais,t but you will also see a reduction on the scale and in belly fat. Your waist trainer should be extremely snug to do its job, therefore you will lose weight because you will not want to eat a lot, eat foods that will cause gastrointestinal issues or fatty foods while wearing your trainer and for hours after removal.
As I sing my praises to waist training; I also have to give you the skinny on what you must do to achieve long lasting results. You must wear your trainer every day for as long as you can….this is NOT EASY! There have been days that under no circumstance was I putting my waist trainer on. There have been times that I wanted nothing more than to bust loose. It is very uncomfortable, but again this you need in order to see results. Waist training takes the upmost dedication. If you believe that you are going to do this in lieu of exercising and eating right because it will be easier, I’m sorry my dear but you are sadly mistaken!
Now, I’ve got to give you the disgusting. Waist training slowly shifts your ribs and internal organs which include your intestines; in essence treating them like a tube of tooth paste. Think about pushing on the tube with the top on and all of the pressure that is pushing against it. Then imaging taking that top off while continuing to squeeze. You guessed it… the paste is going to burst out. Now apply that concept to your intestines, except there is no top! EEEEEWWWWWWW! Any extra movement such as working out or household chores will make it worst so must take this into account when deciding the best time to wear your trainer.
All in all I believe in waist training. I believe that if you are devoted to your goal of having the body of a goddess that you can achieve it. Like anything you do there are pros and cons, so you must choose what is most important to you and if you can handle the cons.
