As I have found my Phyt, I’ve realized the times that I am most happy in life are the days that I really get it in at the gym, have a refreshing run, go to the spa, get a good night's sleep, or eat really healthfully all day. On the flip side the days I feel the most down are the ones where I have over indulged on fatty or sweet foods, haven't gotten any structured physical activity, and hunny it takes me at least two days to recover from having just a few cocktails.
